Important Information for All Guests at Canine Valley Rutland Ltd

To ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all dogs in our care, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following requirements:

Health & Vaccination Requirements

• We are unable to accept bitches in season.

• All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and be treated for parasites and worms prior to arrival.

• Please provide either a current vaccination record or a veterinary certificate confirming a recent protective titre test in place of a booster.

• Required vaccinations include:

  • Canine Parvovirus

  • Canine Distemper

  • Infectious Canine Hepatitis (Adenovirus)

  • Leptospirosis

  • Any other relevant diseases as advised by your vet

• Primary vaccination courses must be completed at least two weeks prior to your dog’s visit.

• Without appropriate documentation, we regret that we will be unable to accept your dog.

Temperament Assessment

• First-time visitors must attend a minimum four-hour temperament test.

• If any signs of aggression or extreme behavioural issues arise, you will be contacted and asked to collect your dog immediately.

Bookings & Cancellations​

• Advance Booking Required: Due to limited availability, all services must be booked in advance

• Once your booking is confirmed, no further action is required unless you wish to amend or cancel.

• Cancellation Policy: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

• No-Show Fee: 100% of the daycare rate will be charged for missed bookings without notice

Food & Treats

• Please provide your dog’s usual food and any necessary treats to ensure consistency and comfort during their stay.
